Summary of the The Villain’s Sister Suffers Today
Then things got weird – really weird. I was reborn inside the author's mind, bouncing back from the brink… but not with some easy golden spoon like maybe someone else would get. Nope, it felt more like I ended up with a diamond-studded one! Talk about stepping into inherited privilege, even if it comes wrapped in this insane, impossible package.
I thought things couldn't be much worse than that original death trap. Living life over again sounded like the perfect chance to dodge everything bad and maybe finally enjoy some peace. But then I remembered my brother… *he* is here now. And apparently, he’s got some messed-up ideas brewing about becoming a psychopath.
Fast forward through the initial shock (and maybe a few too many coffee-fueled panic attacks), I’m trying to keep the new me out of trouble. The whole point was learning from my past mistakes! So when this fresh rebirth suddenly puts the main character right in his crosshairs… "Sister, look at this doll, do you want it?" he practically asks.
"Leave it," I manage, feeling like maybe a little part of me died again with that exchange. But then it gets worse: *What about this doll?* Oh yeah, my brother’s new hobby involves tying people up and calling them dolls. Even the protagonist is apparently next on his weird list… or maybe even someone else entirely.
This feels so much darker than just surviving the old way. Suddenly, getting a power boost as 'The Villain's Sister Suffers Today' isn't looking like such a great perk when my own sibling seems determined to ruin this new chance at life for me. I don’t know how many times "character rebirth" is supposed to help you escape your fate, but maybe *too* much power in the hands of a disturbed character counts as bad luck?
