Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the NovelRush application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at lovenovel.top@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Each person may hold only one account.

4. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial reading purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect content.
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with any part of the app or Service.
• Circumvent any content protection or digital rights management system.

5. User Content

You may post reviews, comments, and ratings ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant NovelRush a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with the Service. You agree that your User Content will not be false, harmful, offensive, or infringing on anyone's rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Introduce malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

7. Purchases & Virtual Currency

NovelRush may offer virtual currency ("Coins") to unlock premium content. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. All purchases are generally final. Refunds for in-app purchases on iOS or Android are handled by Apple or Google respectively.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Service belong to NovelRush or its content licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent. Unauthorized reproduction of novel content is a violation of copyright law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovelRush will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
