Summary of the I Tamed a Tyrant and Ran Away

Anyway, once it sunk in that I was actually here... well, let's just say my whole perspective shifted. Redemption, or whatever? Nah, nope. Not anymore. All I felt was this burning need, this kinda twisted desire to see the world burn *from* the inside out. My goal became crystal clear: tear down everything they knew.

So, I figured raising a genius under these circumstances would be... interesting. Met this prince, you know? The one who'd been living in the shadows before I dragged him back into history? Took him under my wing for years, raised him kinda off-grid while he learned how to wield power on behalf of… well, my original plan.

Fast forward a few decades – or maybe centuries feel different when time is just stretching out? Anyway, Dylan. He's changed, hasn't he? Went from the quiet kid I sheltered into this absolute master strategist, smooth as butter and ruthless as hell. A full-blown empire-builder now.

And then… BAM! One day, he finds me. Sweeps through after searching everywhere on the continent like a ghost haunting his own past. "Yo, settle down," or whatever the equivalent is for an emperor finding someone across the years. He didn't even ask questions first; just dropped it: 'I came to pick you up, Charlize Ronan.'

Came out guns blazing, my prince. Now he's this perfect, terrifyingly effective tyrant.

"Won't see you running away again," I bet his mind was buzzing with that power play vibe.

'Why did you bail?' He probably meant it as a rhetorical question, but the way he asked it felt heavy, personal maybe?

And me? Hearing that name thrown back at me… yeah, my reasons for leaving were just as deep and twisted as everything else surrounding this whole damn thing. There was no grand escape plan; it was more like... a necessary disappearance.

This is all part of 'I Tamed a Tyrant and Ran Away'.
