The citizens seem alright, leading peaceful lives that look pretty content. Is there a better way? It feels genuine.
Up top on the walls, soldiers stand ready with crossbows aimed, keeping an eye out for trouble. Down below near the alleys too, footmen in sturdy armor patrol close enough to see what's happening in every little shop and stall. Makes you feel safe, secure even amidst all the commotion.
It really does radiate peace from everyone involved – guardsman watching, stall owners busy, folks just going about their day loving their lord, Baron Kant. You can tell they hold him very dear down there.
